Reservations and deposits

Flexible rates – No deposit is required. Free cancellation or amendments are available up to 72 hours before your arrival date.

Early Bird / Advance Purchase rates – Full payment is required at the time of booking. A 100% deposit will be taken when this rate is booked. Payments are non-refundable. Reservations may be amended once, provided the amendment is made at least 14 days before the arrival date. If the new date is at a higher rate, the difference must be paid at the time of the amendment. Any cancellation will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

Terms for special offers and promotional rates may vary. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the applicable conditions.

Your final bill may be settled by cash, debit card or major credit card. We do not accept American Express.

Amendments and cancellations

• Flexible bookings may be amended free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival, subject to the applicable rate terms.
• The transferable deposit option applies only to Early Bird / Advance Purchase bookings where more than 14 days’ notice is given.
• If circumstances arise beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard.
• We reserve the right to amend our room rates at any time prior to a reservation being confirmed.
• If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date, the full booking amount may be charged.

Personal property

The hotel accepts no responsibility for the loss of or damage to guests’ personal belongings. All property is left at the owner’s risk. Secure storage may be available at reception, subject to availability.

Parking

Parde Hotel Bath does not have its own car park.

Guests may use nearby public pay-and-display car parks, which are operated independently of the hotel. Parking availability, charges and operating hours are determined by the relevant parking operators.

The hotel accepts no liability for vehicles or their contents while parked in any public or third-party car park.

Spa and leisure facilities

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted access to the spa facilities.

Use of the spa and leisure facilities is at the guest’s own risk. Guests should follow all safety guidance and instructions provided by hotel staff.
